LOVE NOT THE WORLD
Greetings in the Name of the Lord,
We the body of Christ are not to love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any
man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For what is a man profited, if he shall
gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Money is not the root of all evil, it is the love of
money that is the root of all evil. In James 4:4 the Word of God says, Ye adulterers and
adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever
therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. We are to covet earnestly the best
gifts, charity never faileth, Amen. In Matthew 6:21 the Word of God says, For where your
treasure is there will your heart be also. In Luke 10:27 the Word of God says, Thou shalt love the
Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy
mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.
Missions: We together in Christ are reaching thousands of souls on Facebook. We will be with
Pastor Billy Lewis at the Tri City Pentecostal Church, 104 Church St., Cumberland, Ky on July
14th-20th 7pm nightly. Also with Pastor Mike Hamrick, at the Mountain of Faith Church, in
Joetown, WV. July 24th-27th. 7pm nightly. Sunday 6pm. Please pray for souls to be saved and
to God be all the glory!
We thank the Lord for all of our brothers and sisters for your prayers and your financial support
in laboring together with us in the Lord’s harvest. The harvest is great but the labourers are few.
